• Account Types: You must select the account type that best describes your role (e.g., Citizen, Politician, Representative). The information you provide will be used to verify your identity where applicable.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Permitted Use and Restrictions

Permitted Use: You may use the App solely for its intended civic engagement purposes, including accessing legislative documents, tracking national debt, reporting public issues, and engaging with representatives.

Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Post or share content that is defamatory, harassing, or infringes on any third-party rights.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App or its data.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its backend systems.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, trademarks, and technology underlying the App are the exclusive property of NewAge AI LTD. No part of the App may be reproduced, modified, or distributed without our express written consent.

5. User-Generated Content

• Responsibility: Any content you submit (e.g., issue reports, comments, or ratings) remains your responsibility.
• License: By submitting content, you grant NewAge AI LTD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your content for the purpose of operating and improving the App.
• Moderation: We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed harmful or inappropriate.

6. Third-Party Services and Integrations

The App integrates various third-party services, including Firebase, Google Cloud Platform, and AI services (e.g., OpenAI, Deepseek, Anthropic). Your use of these services is subject to the respective terms and privacy policies of these providers.

We do not assume liability for third-party services; however, we work to ensure a secure and reliable experience.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• “As Is” Provision: The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, express or implied.
• Disclaimer of Warranties: We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. Use of the App is at your own risk.
• Limitation of Liability: In no event shall NewAge AI LTD be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law.
